  Group Lessons  (Learn To Skate Program):

At Sprinker Recreation Center a series of outstanding programs have been designed and are available for the beginning recreational skater to the highly competitive skater under the auspices of the United States Figure Skating Association (USFSA) and the Ice Skating Institute (ISI).   Freestyle, Power and Dance sessions for competitive skaters are also available at a variety of times during the week.  Call (253) 798-4000 for information about Sprinker's 'Learn To Skate' program.  Arrangements for private instruction may also be made by contacting the Skating Director at (253) 798-4042.

Monday evening 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm Pre-Skate 1, 2, 3 & 4.   (Kids 3½-5 yrs.),
Beg-1, Beg-2, Pre-Alpha,

Tuesday morning 10:00 am - 10:30 am

  POWER Class:

An on-ice aerobic conditioning class, emphasizing strength, style, endurance and speed.  Cost is $5.00 per session.

Tuesday  (evening) 5:45 pm - 6:15 pm High / Intermediate Level
Wednesday  (evening) 5:00 pm - 5:30 pm Intermediate Level
Thursday  (evening) 5:45 pm - 6:15 pm High / Intermediate Level

Friday  (evening)

  "Cheapskate" Public Session:

Open to the general public.  Cheapskate sessions are discounted to only $4.00 per-person, and this price includes your rental skates!  There are two Cheapskate sessions each week:

Wednesday evening 7:30 pm - 9:15 pm open to General Public
Sunday evening 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm open to General Public

 


  "Thirty-Something" Adult Public Session:

Adults 30 years old and up are encouraged to come enjoy this unique, once-a-week peaceful Adult Public Skate session!  This special,  lightly-populated session provides you with wide-open ice space and offers a laid-back atmosphere.   An added benefit for skating enthusiasts is that this Adult Public session immediately follows the 10:30 AM to 12:00 noon regular Public session; giving you 2½ hours of actual ice-time if you attend the 10:30 am session preceding this one!
