| NO-SHOW: |
A
courtesy-call of 24 hours advance notice must be made to
cancel scheduled Private Lessons, or the Lesson Fee will be
charged. |
| PAYMENTS: |
With 1 Lesson
per week, payment is due at time of lesson. With 2 or
more Lessons per week, choice of month-end or bi-monthly
billing. |
| LATE-FEE: |
A $10.00 Late
Fee is applied if payment is past the 15th of the month. |
| MUSIC CHARGE: |
For cutting music, charges are assessed per length of the
Program, at $10.00 per minute. |
