is very concerned and protective toward your privacy, so we openly disclose our Privacy Policies to you.

NON-DISCLOSURE: It shall remain our firm Policy to protect all information, including email
addresses, mailing addresses phone numbers, and any other personal data submitted via our web
site.
We emphatically WILL NOT disclose, release,
rent, sell, or otherwise willfully allow your personal information to be
transmitted to other parties; including to other Members on the Sprinker
Notification Email Distribution List (SNEL). We take
your privacy extremely seriously, and welcome your inquiry should you have questions or concerns regarding how we handle, store and
protect information.

1a] SPAM: Sprinker.org is
strongly opposed to "spam"
email and to those who propagate it. We will not participate in
practices which facilitate your email address receiving "spam"
(unsolicited, often commercial in nature) email. (We do not term periodic updates from
Sprinker.org to be "spam"
email).
1b] COOKIES: Sprinker.org does NOT
send "cookies" to your PC at any time, nor do we interrogate
your computer for any personal information whatsoever. (Cookies
are small data-files which can track your transactions and web-browsing
habits). We have NO arrangements with research or marketing
firms, mailing-list companies or advertisers and are a completely
non-profit web site; funded solely by volunteers.
1c] DATABASES: We do not compile nor keep databases
of any personal data about our site visitors, excepting an "Address
Book" style list of members on the Sprinker Notification Email
List (SNEL), as mentioned in Section 2. Still,
this information is kept completely private at Sprinker.org and is NOT
shared with any other entity. This data (usually name and email
address) is used ONLY for Sprinker-related purposes, and only within our
web site.
2] SNEL:
If you have submitted other "feedback" through Sprinker.org, you
may have been automatically added
to the Sprinker
Notification Email List (SNEL) as a service and courtesy to you. There is no cost to
be included in the SNEL. The SNEL notifies you via email with updates
regarding issues which may affect Sprinker Center, including plans and
Public Hearings.

SNEL REMOVAL: To be removed from the SNEL, please contact
, and we will
gladly remove your email address immediately. Again, your
information is guarded and kept private whether or not you are on the
Sprinker Notification Email List.

RANDOM PHOTOS: Periodic photos of Sprinker patrons, skaters, students and Staff
appear in the Photo Gallery section of the web site. We post these
photos in the spirit of reflecting glimpses of the people and life
around Sprinker Recreation Center. Individuals
in said photos are not pre-selected nor purposely excluded, but are somewhat
random in our choice to include their photos.

PHOTO-REMOVAL: Anyone may request
removal of any photo posted on Sprinker.org at any time. Whenever
minors are included in photo images, last names are never displayed (if
any name is displayed at all).

RIGHT TO POST: Sprinker.org, our Webmaster and contributors reserve the right to post
any reasonable text, photo image or content on Sprinker.org
providing that such images or content is tasteful, and presuming no one
has requested that said image or content be removed. Should a
person shown in a photo (or parent/guardian of a minor in a photo) contact
and request removal of any image or related content, we are obligated to
remove said image/content as quickly as is feasible.
5a] RIGHT TO EDIT / REFUSE:
We hereby reserve the right to refuse to post or allow transmission of
any image, text or content that we deem to be in any way rude, offensive
or otherwise unfitting toward Sprinker Center's positive,
family-oriented image. This right also extends to data that visitors
might submit via electronic forms. Though standard policy prevents
us from editing your input or content, we must further reserve the right
to edit, modify or truncate any portion of your input that could be
considered offensive, threatening or inappropriate. Fortunately,
we have not had to exercise these options even once since our site was
created. We reserve the right to edit spelling or typographical
errors before posting your submission to our site, though we endeavor to
otherwise leave all of your content intact, verbatim.

DOWNLOADABLE: The Internet is a very public
place. Be advised that any image, text or content
visible on any worldwide web site can ultimately be "downloaded"
to the PC of any site-visitor; should said visitor possess the resources
to do so. We place Copyright Notices on every page of
Sprinker.org with the intent that no content, (including photos) be
copied without express permission from Sprinker.org. Our
insistence on this request for permission however cannot guarantee that
a visitor to Sprinker.org will abide by our Copyright restrictions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY: If you have any concerns about any image
or text on Sprinker.org which could affect you, your family or others
should someone view or "download" such content from our site,
it is your responsibility to promptly contact the
and request the removal or alteration of said content. Sprinker.org cannot predict, nor be liable for the actions of those who
visit our site.
6] VOLUNTEER SITE: This site was established, built and is
maintained entirely independently from Pierce County government
and Sprinker Recreation Center. Our domain name, "Sprinker.org"
is not owned by Sprinker nor Pierce County, but rather was secured by a
volunteer party for the purpose of serving Sprinker Center. Hence,
all issues surrounding this web site shall remain separate from and
shall in no way reflect upon Pierce County Staff, employees or Sprinker
Recreation Center. All questions and issues relating to this web
site should thus be directed to

all information contained within this web site is accurate and up to
date.
6a] INDEMNIFICATION: Sprinker
Recreation Center is not responsible for content,
oversight, maintenance nor liability for any aspect of Sprinker.org, and
shall accordingly be held harmless, indemnified and separate thereof.
This web site is voluntarily provided by outside parties for the benefit
of Sprinker Center. No Contract, employment agreement, wages or monetary
consideration is, or ever has been rendered for this Site or the ongoing maintenance thereof.
